Capping vehicle size, along with electrification and shifting modes of urban travel, will significantly reduce transport costs, energy consumption, and climate impact while improving safety, says a new study by the Institute for Transportation and Development Policy (ITDP) and the University of California, Davis (UC Davis), supported by the FIA Foundation.
