Think reinforces new seat belt legislation in Peru
The Touring and Automobile Club of Peru launched the Think before you Drive campaign on Friday, 29 September. Think campaign staff in dummy outfit took to the streets with the traffic police to remind motorists that the new seat belt legislation is coming into force as of 1st October.
Think campaign in Argentina until end 2007
On 15 August, the Automobile Club of Argentina ACA gathered all sectors in Argentina with an interest in road safety at its headquarters in Buenos Aires to present the Think campaign.
ACES and traffic police join forces in El Salvador
The Automobile Club of El Salvador held a nation-wide Think campaign from 26 July to 27 August with the endorsement of the Ministry of Transport and the Traffic Police.

In Uruguay children tell parents to come home safe
In July and August the Automobile Club of Uruguay took a Think road safety education bus for school children on a tour around Montevideo and the capital cities of the other counties in Uruguay.
A Think leaflet for every family in Iceland
The Automobile Club (FIB), Road Traffic Directorate and the Traffic Police in Iceland joined forces to bring home the safety messages of the Think campaign.
President of Cyprus backs Think campaign
Tassos Papadopoulos endorsed the Think campaign at a press conference on 26 May held by the Cyprus Automobile Association (CAA), the Ministry of Justice, the Ministry of Communications and Works, the Cyprus Traffic Police and Lefkaritis Bros Ltd., representation of Bridgestone tyres in Cyprus.
Jamaica first Caribbean country to launch Think campaign
The Jamaica Automobile Association (JAA) launched the Think Before You Drive’ road safety campaign at the Terra Nova Hotel in Kingston on 19 May.
Chile launches Think campaign on 17 May
The Automobile Club of Chile (ACCHI) launched the Think campaign at the Ritz Hotel in Santiago on 17 May with the endorsement of government representatives, the traffic police (Carabineros de Chile) and motor sport personalities such as rally pilot Ramón Ibarra who won the national rally championship in 2005.
Launch of the Think campaign at the Prague Motor Show
Thirty thousand people came to the Auto Praha Motor Show in Prague, held from 21st to 23rd April, a good occasion for the Czech automobile club UAMK to launch the Think campaign and to remind people not to forget safety.
JAF performs rear end crash test to demonstrate efficiency head restraints
The Think campaign was launched with a bang at the Japan Automobile Research Institute (JARI) on 20 April, where a crash test simulating a rear-end collision at 35 km/h was performed to demonstrate the efficiency of head restraints to avoid whiplash injuries.
