The FIA Foundation’s new seat belt campaign toolkit has been launched to coincide with World Health Day 2004. The toolkit provides advice to governments and road safety campaigners on enforcement, awareness raising and legislating for seat belt use and is intended primarily for countries with low seat belt compliance.
