On this page you can access an interactive demonstration of the FIA Foundation’s seat belt campaign toolkit.

The toolkit includes a manual which provides advice on enforcement, awareness raising and legislating for seat belt use, which is intended primarily for countries with low seat belt compliance. This manual can also be downloaded separately here as a PDF document. The toolkit also includes campaign materials in several world languages which are freely available for use.

The manual for the seat belt campaign toolkit was researched and written on behalf of the FIA Foundation by TRL limited. The toolkit is produced in association with the Global Road Safety Partnership (GRSP).

Copies of the seat belt campaign toolkit, including an interactive CD ROM with downloadable cartoon animation strips and animated cartoon films, is available free of charge from the FIA Foundation.
