Michael Schumacher

With 7 world championship titles, Michael Schumacher is the most successful driver in Formula 1 history. Up to the beginning of the 2006 season, he has gathered 84 victories and is leading most of the statistics of his sport. Aged 37, he has competed in the highest motorsport category for more than 15 years and has gained respect for his skill and dedication around the world. His name clearly is connected to Formula 1, and many regard him as the best driver ever.

As one of the directors of the GPDA, the Grand Prix Drivers’ Association, he has been fighting for safety for many years and with much success. He has participated in several safety campaigns and is a strong advocate of road safety.
