The Board of Trustees is composed of 15 members. Each Trustee has a tenure of 3 years. The Trustees are elected by the membership of the Foundation at its Annual Meeting. Decisions taken by our Trustees and staff meet our Conflicts of Interest Policy and our Code of Conduct for Trustees.

Please note that the deadline for trustee applications is 1 June. The maximum number of trustees permitted under the Memorandum and Articles of Association is 15. Applications will only be considered if there are any vacancies at the June/July meeting of the Board of Trustees. The trustees will then make a recommendation to the Annual General Meeting in October.
