A campaign on seat belt wearing has been launched in the Ukrainian city of Lviv, with the support of the FIA Foundation.
The International Road Assessment Programme (iRAP) and the Asian Development Bank (ADB) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding and agreed a detailed work plan which aims to improve safe road infrastructure across the Bank’s road operations.
The European Commission has launched a new EU Road Safety programme which will aim to cut the number of road deaths by half from 2011-2020.
